AP Newsfinder's Wide World Photo Archive
Offering
Besides AP Newsfinder's text service we offer access to AP's Wide World
Photo Archive with over 1,000,000 photos and graphics.
While all Newsfinder members are free to browse the entire
photo database of photos and graphics. Newsfinder assists the Black Press by manually reviewing up to
1,600 photos per day to ferret out photos we believe will be of special interest
to our Black newspaper membership. These are set aside in a special database,
making it easier for you to find photos that are interesting, but that you may
not know have run on the wire.
For a demo of the photo
archive or for a more thorough demo of the text service just give us a call at 800.922.4655.

Tillis, center, for a protest outside a Chicago courthouse Friday, June
16, 2006, to push for the release of a report on allegations that
Chicago police tortured suspects. Cook County Chief Criminal Court Judge
Paul Biebel put off at least two more weeks the release of the
four-year, multimillion-dollar report, saying he wanted to give the
Illinois Supreme Court time to act on a former prosecutor's appeal. (AP
